Gracie was found wandering by rangers.  Her age was estimated to be at least 14 and the rangers thought she would not have long to live.  The vet suspected that she may be suffering from a neurodegenerative disease called cerebellar abiotrophy, causing her odd stiff gait.  But what a charmer she turned out to be.
